Q. Where are you Located?
We are located and ship from Ontario, Canada
Q. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries via Canada Post and Chit Chats to keep costs as low as possible, if your country is not available, feel free to reach out and we will do our best.
By Law i am required to accurately declare the value of the products and you are responsible to pay any duties and tariffs to your local authorities.
Q. Will it be tracked?
All orders other than letter mail are shipped with full tracking so you can have peace of mind that your order is safely on its way to you!
Unsure if your order will ship via letter mail? If your shipping cost shows as $1.50 for Canadian residents or $3.65 for International, it will be shipped as untracked letter mail.
Due to the nature of weighted shipping settings, larger sticker orders may face higher shipping costs, if this affects your order i will refund any difference in shipping costs.
Q. How long will it take for my order to ship?
All orders aim to be shipped out between 7-10 business days or sooner.
Q. Do you accept returns?
All sales are final, we currently do not accept returns/exchanges. If you’re feeling unhappy with your order, please let us know, we are here to help!
Q. Theres a problem with my order!
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, Im happy to help and we can get any issues and addresses fixed. Once its shipped, sadly no changes can be made, so please make sure to double check everything at checkout!
International orders can take between 4-21 business days to arrive, once its in the couriers hands we are not responsible for any delays they may face.
